You never know when you will have full circle life moments. Some people are in your life only but a moment, while others may make a surprising pop-up appearance. I worked with Bri from 2009-2013 and we have stayed connected via social media. Nothing close and personal since life got busy for the both of us. There were the occasional likes, hearts, and reposts support. But then over the recent year's, existence didn't seem bearable as life had its way throwing curveballs at each of us. While the details of our stories and timelines may differ, what has aligned us is our pain. Trauma sucks, no doubt about it. But when connection, validation, and empathy meet together, it can be so beautiful during the tough times. I admire Bri's courage in stepping out to personally collaborate with me on this blog and share her story to help others. So, thank you from the bottom of my heart for reaching out to make this happen. Whether it's been 1 year or 12 years, our friendship can pick up without hesitation. If you're reading this, can you do me a favor? Please check out her site at the link above, you won't regret it!
